Shipping & Terms

Shipping within Australia

1. Goods are delivered "Free into store" or "Free to carrier" within the Perth/Fremantle and Melbourne metropolitan area for all orders over $75.00 excluding GST (Values less than $75.00 incur a $9.00 + GST delivery fee).

Shipping outside Australia

1.  "FCA Perth / Fremantle, Western Australia Incoterms 2000" or "FCA Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Incoterms 2000" (Seller delivers the goods to the carrier nominated by the buyer at the named place).
2. All invoice dollar values are stated in Australian dollars unless specifically detailed otherwise.

Terms of payment

1. Credit is granted with payment strictly 30 days from date of invoice.
2. Overdue account holders will not be supplied with goods until due balances are cleared.
3. Credit card facilities for Visa, MasterCard and American Express are available.

Title in goods

1. Title in the goods supplied by Perth Petroleum Services shall remain with Perth Petroleum Services until the buyer has paid all sums owing to Perth Petroleum Services whether under this or any other contract.
2. In the event that the buyer sells such goods and fails to meet the terms of payment (section1), even if the goods become constituents of other goods, the proceeds of the sale shall be the property of Perth Petroleum Services.

Technical advice

1. Perth Petroleum Services accepts no liability for any technical advice, recommendation, information or assistance given, or the results obtained thereon.

Liability

1. It is the responsibility of the buyer to satisfy himself/herself that the goods are of the description, quality and character suitable for the purpose for which they are to be used. 
2. Perth Petroleum Services shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising as a result of the buyer failing to satisfy himself/herself.

Claims

1. Claims for shortages or defects are to be made in writing within 14 days of purchase.
